Cloud AI Map

Cloud AI Map isn't a working area but the cashier and the documents: people come here to sign up, pay and pick up paperwork. The account is one for the SMM planner, Chats, the Creator Hub and the catalog: sign up once, then just switch between services — the session is kept on the shared domain, and the neighbouring service won't ask for a password.

Sign-in and sign-up

• Email and password: the confirmation message arrives right away, the link is single-use.
• Google: the “Sign in with Google” button on any service; an account created by email links Google in Account → Profile — and then signs in with one click.
• The password is changed in the profile; recovery — by a link to the email.

Interface language

Russian, English, Armenian and Korean — flags at the bottom of the sidebar and on the sign-in screen. On the first visit the language is taken from the browser, the choice is remembered across all services and in the profile.

Services

The “Services” page — links to SMM AI Map, Chats, the Creator Hub and the creator catalog with a description of what's done where. The same login and password, no need to sign up again.

Team

The “Team” section — employees by function: marketer (SMM), manager (chats, contacts, CRM), admin (everything). Access is granted to the root workspace, the projects inside inherit it. More in the “Team and access” section.
