Topics, subtypes, audiences and products — the directories analytics is sliced by.

Tags are what makes a post different from “text with a date”. Case, product, audience, topic, subtype and weight sit in the same row as the numbers, so any breakdown is calculated instantly and without exports.

How to add your own

  1. 1Open Scenarios → Tags.
  2. 2Add a topic or audience for your services and your readers — the directories are yours, not ours.
  3. 3Tag the posts; ambiguous cases can be sent to the “for review” queue.

Topic names are visible only inside the workspace. They don't go to the public creator catalog.
