How to let a colleague into the workspace and how a member differs from the owner.

Invite a colleague
- 1Settings → Workspace and access → “Share the workspace”.
- 2Enter the email and role, tick the projects to let them into if needed.
- 3The colleague gets access to this workspace's channels and posts; their personal workspace stays separate.
Roles
- Owner — everything, including access and connections.
- Admin — managing the workspace, channels and members.
- Manager — chats, contacts, CRM — and content too.
- Editor (marketer) — posts, cases, publishing, content analytics.
- Operator — chats only: replies, tags and closes conversations.
- Viewer — view only.
In Cloud AI Map the same list is named by function: marketer = editor, manager, admin. Access is granted to the root workspace — the projects inside inherit it.
